Kai-Mikael Alanne

Technical lead across mobile, web and backend in a multidisciplinary business-sector team. I drove feature delivery, code quality and engineering practices, shaped the architecture and roadmap, supported product owners on specification and problem-solving, and onboarded and coached new engineers.

Pro bono since 2017: I keep a family bakery's website running (maintenance, content updates, dependencies and hosting) so they can focus on baking.

Led technical planning and execution for an international team, covering architecture, frontend and cloud. Supported the product owner and the team and kept trimming the process down to what was actually useful.

Took products from idea to production with several multidisciplinary teams. I owned project management, product vision, specification, architecture, full-stack development, cloud and delivery. The products brought in significant revenue over several years.

Frontend developer in a large multi-vendor organisation building one large-scale product. Refactored legacy code and pushed for newer tooling and better team practices.

Full-stack development on logistics and manufacturing projects, from specification to maintenance and support. Went from junior to senior, mentored newer developers and was product owner on one delivery project.
